Special applications require tailored solutions!

Depending on your needs, we customize our modules precisely – perfectly planned, coordinated, and built for each specific process.

Unlike conventional temperature control systems, a RHYTEMPER® FlexControl system can, for example, operate without any heating power during the process. This saves 100 % of the usual heating energy costs. In addition, the cooling energy normally required to compensate for control inaccuracies in standard tempering units is eliminated.

Another advantage is the interruption of the tempering medium when the mold is opened. This not only reduces energy consumption but also improves the process conditions for each new injection cycle, ensuring optimal mold filling. The RHYTEMPER® system’s omission of a recirculation pump results in multiple further savings: expensive electricity is saved, and back-cooling energy from pump heat is avoided.

In summary, RHYTEMPER® systems reduce heating energy requirements to zero, minimize cooling energy to the absolutely necessary level, and thus cut mold temperature control costs to an absolute minimum.

Reaching serial production conditions in the shortest possible time is extremely important for plastic processors. Depending on mold and shot weight, a start-up phase without preheating is often not feasible. With a RHYTEMPER® temperature control unit, the start-up period until the desired operating temperature is reached is significantly shortened. This eliminates unnecessary waiting times due to manual mold warm-up.

Furthermore, individual mold zones that require continuous heat can be supplied on-demand via the preheating unit. The organization of demand-oriented preheating during start-up, as well as the targeted heating of individual mold zones, is managed via the central RHYTEMPER® control unit.

In this way, RHYTEMPER® units make a crucial contribution to optimal process time utilization and, consequently, to minimizing part production costs.
