Temperature Control Technology with a Systematic Approach
ONI Temperiertechnik Rhytemper GmbH, based in Großröhrsdorf, develops and manufactures innovative temperature control solutions for industrial applications in injection moulding and die casting. As a subsidiary of ONI-Wärmetrafo GmbH, we combine specialised expertise in mould and die temperature control with the experience and technological expertise of the ONI Group.
Our focus is on high-performance multi-circuit temperature control systems, temperature control units and solutions for flow and temperature monitoring, control and targeted mould and die temperature control. Our aim is to make temperature control processes transparent, reproducible and demand-based – helping to improve process stability, component quality and economic efficiency.
From consultation and system design through development and manufacturing to commissioning and service, we support our customers with in-depth process expertise and individually tailored solutions. Our systems and equipment are developed and manufactured at our site in Großröhrsdorf, Germany.

From Rhytemper to ONI RHYTEMPER
The history of RHYTEMPER began in 1998 with the founding of Rhytemper Kunststofftechnik GmbH in Ottendorf-Okrilla, Saxony. Even then, the company focused on solutions for mould and die temperature control.
In 2008, the company became part of the ONI Group and has since operated as ONI Temperiertechnik Rhytemper GmbH. Following the relocation to Großröhrsdorf, approximately 840 m² of production and administration space were initially available. Joining forces with ONI-Wärmetrafo GmbH also opened up new opportunities for development, manufacturing and international market activities.
As the company grew, so did its facilities. In 2017, the company moved to larger premises with approximately 1,350 m² of production and administration space. To create additional capacity for the company's continued development, this site was substantially extended in 2023. Since then, approximately 3,400 m² of production and administration space have been available.
Today, we develop and manufacture temperature control systems and components in Großröhrsdorf for applications in injection moulding and die casting. The continuous development of our technologies and close cooperation between development, manufacturing, application engineering and service form the basis for practical, application-oriented solutions.
