ONI Rhytemper® Mold Drainage System

As an ideal complement to our advanced temperature-control solutions, ONI offers perfectly matched accessories designed for maximum process reliability.
The Rhytemper® Mold Drainage units ensure the efficient and complete evacuation of cooling channels in injection molds prior to mold changes. This process reliably protects the internal cooling circuits from corrosion during storage and helps maintain long-term mold integrity and performance.

Advantages

The draining process is carried out using compressed air against the normal flow direction, ensuring reliable removal of residual moisture from the injection mold’s cooling channels. The medium is discharged through a dedicated outlet, preventing any return into the cooling system and effectively protecting the mold from corrosion during storage or downtime.

 

Scope of Delivery:

Ball valves for isolating the block modules from the plant network, including fittings
Coupling piece for compressed-air connection
Hose nozzles for connecting the mold-drain unit
Check valves
Optional: Mobile frame structure for mounting the blow-out unit
