High-Performance Temperature Control up to 140 °C
The RHY-HighT140 combines media temperatures up to 140 °C with high heating and cooling capacity and a powerful multistage centrifugal pump. As an indirectly cooled high-temperature unit, it is designed for demanding temperature control applications. Powerful heating elements with low surface loading, monitored heating zones and integrated PLC control support safe and reliable temperature control.
The robust, maintenance-friendly design with a closed stainless steel tank, internal stainless steel piping and easy access to the components is designed for continuous industrial operation. With a maximum flow rate of 301 l/min, the RHY-HighT140 provides powerful media supply even for applications with high flow requirements.
The RHY-HighT140 is suitable for mould and die temperature control applications in injection moulding and die casting and can be operated independently as a stand-alone unit. At the same time, defined interfaces enable integration into RHYTEMPER multi-circuit temperature control systems. This allows the unit to be used independently or as a powerful media supply within a RHYTEMPER system solution.
