Ideal for use with ejector pins and miniature cooling channels
Our RHY-CorePulse series units are specifically designed for multi-circuit cooling of ejector pins and cores. Each pin is individually controlled and monitored, ensuring precise regulation of both temperature and flow in every connected tempering circuit.
With the use of a piston pump, up to four 8-way distributors can be supplied efficiently with high flow rates and increased pressure. Special protection against contamination and deposits from the process is provided by pressure-monitored filters on the supply and return lines, as well as an air filter at the tank. Additional maintenance convenience is achieved through the flushing function for selected pins and the automatic water exchange feature.
The CorePulse supply unit comes standard with a PLC control system featuring a 7″ touchscreen, level and temperature monitoring, and a digital interface (RS485). Through this interface, the cooling unit can be connected to Rhytemper® FlexControl, FlowWatch, or HotPulse control units for communication and remote adjustment.
