Self-Optimising Multi-Circuit Temperature Control for Injection Moulding

RHYTEMPER FlexControl individually controls the heat removal from each cooling circuit of the injection mould. The aim is to remove a consistent amount of heat as required in each cycle – for short cycle times, stable process conditions and reproducible component quality.

By continuously monitoring flow rate and temperature, thermal imbalances are detected at an early stage and actively compensated for. This allows mould temperature control to be precisely adapted to the requirements of the respective injection moulding process.
