Flow Rate and Temperature Monitoring for Injection Moulding

RHYTEMPER FlowWatch continuously monitors the flow rate and temperature of the individual temperature control circuits in the injection mould. Deviations in the temperature control process are reliably detected and clearly displayed – supporting stable mould temperature control and reproducible process conditions.

The modular system can be adapted to the required number of temperature control circuits and enables installation close to the mould with short hose runs.

Customer installation of a RHYTEMPER FlowWatch system with 60 temperature control circuits and vortex sensors. Installation close to the mould enables short hose runs and precise monitoring of flow rate and temperature.
