Continuous Delta-T Control for Injection Moulding

RHYTEMPER FlowControl extends proven multi-circuit temperature control with continuous flow control using servo-controlled proportional valves. In addition to pulse temperature control, the system enables continuous Delta-T control of each individual cooling circuit.

The temperature difference between the supply and return flow is specifically controlled by adjusting the flow rate. This allows the thermal management of the injection mould to be precisely adapted to different process requirements – for stable and energy-efficient temperature control.
