Multi-Circuit Pulse Tempering for HPDC and LPDC Applications

The Rhytemper® FlexControl multi-circuit tempering system is designed to manage the heat removal for each individual tempering zone of the die casting mold. Temperature and flow are continuously monitored, ensuring consistently high product quality and the shortest possible cycle times.

The precision-milled brass blocks provide maximum flow cross-sections while maintaining minimal space requirements. The system is robust against pressure surges and delivers high measurement accuracy. The distribution block is designed for die casting applications, featuring a protective enclosure and a separate electronics box for optimal operational reliability.
